Refund & Cancellation Policy

DigitalInvitely sells digital, one-time-use products — personalised invitation pages generated specifically for your event. Because of this, our refund policy differs from physical goods. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

1. Digital goods, generated on request

Once your payment is confirmed and your invitation page has been generated and published with your event details, the order is considered delivered. As with most digital products, we generally cannot offer a refund once an invitation has been created and made available to you.

Since invitations are generated immediately after payment, orders cannot be cancelled once payment is successful and the invitation has been created. If you wish to cancel before completing payment, simply close the checkout window — you will not be charged.

5. How to request a refund

If you believe you qualify for a refund under section 2, email digitalinvitely@gmail.com within 7 days of your purchase with your order details and payment reference (visible in your Razorpay receipt). We will review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Razorpay and typically reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
