Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 June 2026
DigitalInvitely provides digital wedding invitation pages, RSVP tracking, and related services (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you use the Service, including:
- Account & order details: name, email address, and phone number provided at checkout.
- Invitation content: names, event dates, venue details, messages, and any photos you upload to personalise your invitation.
- RSVP responses: guest names, attendance status, and any notes guests submit on your invitation page.
- Payment information: payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details — Razorpay handles this directly and shares only payment status and transaction IDs with us.
- Technical data: basic device and browser information, and pages visited, collected automatically to keep the Service secure and reliable.
2. How we use your information
- To create, host, and display your digital invitation page.
- To process payments and send order or payment confirmation emails.
- To collect and display RSVP responses on your dashboard.
- To respond to support requests and communicate important updates about your order.
- To maintain the security and proper functioning of the Service.
3. How we store and share your information
Invitation content and RSVP data are stored securely using Supabase, our database provider. We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers needed to operate DigitalInvitely, namely Razorpay for payment processing and our email provider for transactional emails. These providers are contractually permitted to use your data only to provide services to us.
4. Your invitation link
Your invitation page is published at a unique, shareable link. Anyone with that link can view the invitation and submit an RSVP — treat it the way you would a printed invitation. Invitation pages are hosted for 30 days from purchase unless stated otherwise at checkout.
5. Data retention
We retain invitation content and RSVP responses for the hosting period of your invitation, plus a reasonable period afterwards for support and record-keeping purposes. You may request earlier deletion at any time using the contact details below.
6. Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe and may need to verify your identity before making changes.
7. Cookies
We use only essential cookies/local storage needed to keep the Service working — for example, to keep your editor session and checkout flow functioning. We do not use third-party advertising trackers.
8. Children’s privacy
The Service is intended for adults planning events and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above.
